This Cookie Policy covers our public M.A.R.E.™ website. Our M.A.R.E.™ platform at app.marerisk.com is a separate authenticated service with its own session requirements, described in the terms that apply to platform users.

3. What this website uses
We built this website to work without tracking. It does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it loads no third-party content on its public pages other than the security component described below.

Essential cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive and equivalent rules, because the website cannot provide the function you requested without them. The notice you see on your first visit is an information notice, not a consent request.
4. What this website does not do
We do not measure your visits with an analytics product. We do not build an advertising profile. We do not use social media pixels, remarketing tags, session recording or heat mapping. We do not sell or share browsing data.
If that changes, we will update this page before the new technology is activated, and we will add a consent request where the law requires one.
5. Third-party components
Cloudflare Turnstile is a bot protection service. When you open our demo request form it runs a challenge in your browser and may process technical data such as IP address, browser characteristics and interaction signals for that purpose. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this function and applies its own security documentation to the service.

6. Your controls
You can delete cookies and stored data at any time through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to block them. Blocking essential storage may mean the cookie notice reappears on each visit and the demo form does not submit.
Because this website uses no optional cookies, there is no consent choice to withdraw.
7. Privacy rights
Some technical identifiers may qualify as personal data. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and rights that apply.
